To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new condition with the original packaging so they can be restocked. If items show signs of wear, the following fees will apply and be deducted from your refund:

• $9.99 new packaging fee – If original packaging is missing or damaged.
• $49.99 minor wear fee – If shoes have minor wear, including light scratches.
• $79.99 destruction fee – If shoes cannot be resold or reused due to wear or odor.

Tips for Trying your Adaptive Shoes: We encourage you to test the fit and function of your shoes. To avoid fees: Try them indoors on a clean, carpeted surface while wearing clean socks.

Avoid hard floors or outdoor surfaces, which may cause scuffs or light scratches. Do not wear them barefoot, as odors will violate our hygiene standards. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Most shoes meet the criteria for a full refund, but if they don’t, we will provide photos and an explanation.
