Tips for Trying your Adaptive Shoes: We encourage you to test the fit and function of your shoes. To avoid fees: Try them indoors on a clean, carpeted surface while wearing clean socks.
Avoid hard floors or outdoor surfaces, which may cause scuffs or light scratches. Do not wear them barefoot, as odors will violate our hygiene standards. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Most shoes meet the criteria for a full refund, but if they don’t, we will provide photos and an explanation.

Faster shipping (3-5 business days) is available for purchase in the United States. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is $14.99.

We warrant all Cadense footwear to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the day the shoes are received.
