Return & Refund Policy

(effective April 10, 2026)

At Cadense, we want you to feel confident trying our Adaptive Shoes. Every purchase includes a 30-day trial period, giving you time to decide if they’re the right fit for you.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your shipment.


Returns

How to Start a Return

Returns can be started directly through our self-service returns portal:

Please have your order number available. Returns sent without being initiated through the portal will not be accepted.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $7.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

This fee helps cover inspection, cleaning, and restocking to maintain high quality and hygiene standards.

Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in like-new, unworn condition, meaning:

  • Clean, undamaged, and odor-free

  • No visible wear, scuffs, or signs of outdoor use

  • Returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

All returns are inspected upon arrival. If items are returned dirty, heavily worn, damaged, or otherwise not in resellable condition, Cadense reserves the right to issue a partial refund or decline the refund.


Tips for Trying Your Shoes

To help ensure your return qualifies for a refund:

  • Try shoes on clean, indoor surfaces 

  • Wear clean socks

  • Avoid outdoor use or going barefoot

Need a different size or style?
Exchanges are free of any restocking fee.

Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@cadense.com so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@cadense.com.
