We're excited to announce that we are launching three new adaptive footwear styles that we’ve been asked for many times. Get ready to meet an Adaptive Mary Jane for women, an Adaptive Derby shoe for men, and the Havena Adaptive Slipper for men. We're also adding three new fall colorways for our women’s Adaptive Sneaker and one new colorway for our women's Adaptive Slipper.
Cadense built our name on adaptive everyday footwear, but our community has been asking for more. They want adaptive comfort and support that shows up in more parts of their lives, not just a workout or a walk to the mailbox. So this fall, we're moving into dress shoes and growing the slipper collection, so there's something for work, for special occasions, and for the quiet moments at home, too.
Three brand-new styles are joining the Cadense lineup, along with some new seasonal colors for existing favorites.
The Women's Adaptive Mary Jane takes a classic silhouette and builds Cadense's adaptive technology into it, so getting dressed up doesn't mean leaving support behind. We created this shoe for weddings, church, dinners, celebrations, and wherever you’d like to be a little dressier.
From across the room, our shoe looks like a regular Mary Jane with a strap across the foot and in classic black, but the sole has out Glide and Grip Technology working to help you walk with ease and reduce stumbles or trips. How exactly? Our technology helps reduce friction during the swing phase of a step and increases traction at push-off, so each step feels smoother and steadier.
The Men's Adaptive Derby applies the same dressier idea to a traditional men's silhouette. These adaptive shoes are built for the office, formal events, church, dinners, and anywhere a dress shoe belongs.
It launches in three colors:
- Black: classic and versatile
- Brown: rich, and easy to pair with most outfits
- Timber: a deeper, warmer option for fall
Inside, it carries the same Glide and Grip Technology as the Mary Jane. The shoe is made of premium leather and looks like a traditional dress shoe, and an adaptive closure makes it easier to get on and off while still locking in a secure fit.
Our women’s slipper has been a big hit ever since it launched, and we’ve heard your requests for a men’s version. At last, it is here! The men’s Havena is designed for the parts of the day that happen at home: your first coffee, moving about the house, doing daily household chores, or working in the garage.
These new men’s slipper comes in two colors, Lodge and Cabin, which are a chestnut brown and a deeper, darker brown. A wide-opening adjustable strap makes it easy to get on and dial in a secure fit, and a soft fleece lining keeps feet warm from the first step. Like the Mary Jane and Derby, it uses Cadense's Glide and Grip Technology to help you get around in the house in style.
This fall, our Women's Adaptive Shoe gets three new fall colorways: Mulberry, a deep wine tone; Terra Cotta, warm and earthy; and Rose Blush, a soft, muted pink. We find that many people order a second pair of sneakers in a fun color to keep their closet interesting. While black and white shoes are classics, sometimes you just need a pop of color.
The Women’s Adaptive Slipper is also getting one new colorway this season: Cabin, a warm brown that goes with just about anything.
Designed for comfortable days at home, the Women’s Adaptive Slipper combines an easy-opening design with the adaptive support Cadense is known for. The adjustable strap makes it easier to get a secure, comfortable fit, while the slipper’s soft construction makes it a natural choice for relaxing around the house.
You can begin pre-ordering all of our new styles and colors on September 29, 2026. Currently, pre-orders will begin being fulfilled the week of October 26th and will be shipping in the order that the orders were placed.
