Last week, Cadense was honored to exhibit at the 2025 CMSC Annual Meeting in Phoenix, AZ—the premier North American event for healthcare professionals and researchers dedicated to improving care for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
The CMSC (Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers) is a clinician- and scientist-driven organization that advances MS standards of care through education, research, and advocacy. With a global network of over 15,000 professionals, the organization plays a crucial role in shaping the future of MS treatment and support.
I attended the event on behalf of Cadense and was thrilled to meet many of our dedicated Cadense Coaches—physical therapists and clinicians who actively work with our community members to improve mobility. I also had the chance to introduce our adaptive footwear to new healthcare professionals who are equally committed to helping people with MS move more confidently.
These moments—exchanging ideas, sharing success stories, and exploring how we can better serve patients—were the heart of our experience at CMSC.
Among the highlights was connecting in person with two powerful voices in the MS space:
- Dr. Gretchen Hawley, a neurologic physical therapist and MS-certified specialist, who continues to guide people through recovery and strength-building with compassion and science.
- Allie from AwareNow, a passionate advocate using storytelling to destigmatize chronic illness and amplify underrepresented voices in the MS community.
The conference featured rich educational programming across multiple dimensions of MS care, including:
- Mental health and cognitive wellness strategies
- Clinical research on progressive and relapsing MS forms
- Adaptive technology for mobility and rehabilitation
- Ethical and professional practice in MS care delivery
It was clear: every conversation and session was grounded in the mission of improving quality of life for those living with MS.
At Cadense, we’re committed to being more than just a product—we’re a partner to clinicians and a resource for those living with MS. Events like the CMSC Annual Meeting remind us how vital collaboration is in creating real progress.
🩵 To every Cadense Coach who stopped by—thank you. Your dedication inspires us daily.
