We’ve got an exciting update from our Co-Founder and CTO, Dr. Tyler Susko—and it’s all about making Cadense products even better for you. In the video below, Tyler walks through what’s happening with our shipping timeline, why we’ve made some big changes behind the scenes, and how we're continuing to innovate with tools like the new Toe Assist Kit.
🎥 Watch the update video below to hear directly from Tyler, and read on for more details about what this means for you.
A Factory Upgrade to Deliver Even Higher Quality
Earlier this year, we made the decision to switch manufacturing partners. While this move caused a delay for some orders, it was an important step toward improving product consistency and durability.
Every new pair of Cadense Originals, All Black Sneakers, and AERIO Adaptive Sandals will now be built with enhanced quality controls, stronger material validation, and more rigorous testing protocols. The result? A better-built, longer-lasting shoe—engineered for the unique needs of our community.
Shipping Timeline for Preorders
We expect all currently backordered and preordered items (except Women's Pink) to ship on August 25th, 2025. This includes:
🖤 Cadense All Black Sneakers
👟 Cadense Original Adaptive Sneakers
🌊 Cadense AERIO Adaptive Sandal-Slide Hybrids
All products will ship from our New Jersey warehouse within 1–2 business days of arrival. If anything changes about this timeline, we will notify customers right away with updated shipping information.
We’ll Be in Touch Before Shipping
A couple of weeks before the August 25th ship date, we’ll email all preorder customers with a reminder to update their shipping address if needed. That way, we can make sure your order gets to the right place, no matter where you are when it ships.
Thank You for Your Patience
We know delays can be frustrating—especially when mobility is on the line. We’re deeply grateful for the patience and trust of our community. These changes were made to serve you better, and we’re confident the improvements will be worth the wait.
Meet the New Toe Assist Kit
In the video we are also introducing our brand-new Toe Assist Kit—an add-on designed for those who experience extra wear at the front tip of their shoes. It’s especially useful for people whose toes tend to drag slightly during swing-through.
The kit helps extend the life of your Cadense shoes and will be available on our website on July 22nd, 2025. We will send a separate launch notification to you.
