Cadense variable friction technology explained
Low Friction – Slide & Glide
Two elevated nylon pucks on each side make up the low-friction areas of the Cadense Adaptive Shoes. They allow its wearer to easily slide over obstacles like uneven pavements.
The Rocker – Enabling Variable Friction
The highly articulated rocker features ultra-low-density foam. This allows the shoe sole to absorb the low-friction nylon pucks and activates the high-friction rubber area.
High Friction – Stop & Toe-off
The recessed middle part of the shoe sole is made out of rubber and creates an area of high friction. This allows users to stop and toe-off with ease.

I have foot drop due to multiple sclerosis and these shoes have helped me immensely. I feel a lot more confident walking. In my book, that's a huge plus. I broke my left femur in three places in 2019.. I had to have 4 different surgeries to fix, last one they put in a rod and reconnected to the knee with screws.
That combined with arthritis in my right knee causes me to walk like a toddler and would catch my.foot on everything, I had to at times use a walker just so I had something to keep me from falling. I came across the Cadense ad and decided to try them.
Took a couple days to trust the shoes would grip, but these are wonderful!! I can walk freely and I feel safe doing so. Thanks Cadense!!!
I had a severe stroke 11 months ago and lost all function on my left side. I began therapy a week later. I struggled trying to walk after many months of physical therapy. I was lucky enough to see a Cadense ad and I decided to try them. The shoes came in and I couldn’t wait to put them on. I knew the first time I put them on that I knew I was on to something better. These shoes are so well designed that whatever walking problem you have you need to try theses. I often put mine on early in the morning and don’t take them off until bedtime. They’re that comfortable. Try them. chances are you won’t be disappointed !!
I am very happy with my shoes have had them for 2 weeks.i have ms no foot drop right now. Only took a few mins to become one with these shoes I can walk with less pain and better then before !!! They are not to tall or big they blow me away !I

I just received my first pair yesterday and I am very excited to put them to use. I have to say I tried them on and they are so comfortable. I began following the instructions and after about 20 minutes I was walking around my house feeling pretty good. I did realize that I will have to work at being more confident taking steps because I found out how poorly I was walking before. Wearing the Cadense shoes made me see how I was kinda shuffling along being afraid of falling. I really want to go back to taking strong robust strides confidently and I think this shoe will help me get there!
