At Cadense, we prioritize quality and hygiene to protect our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Cadense.com, you can return your item(s) within 30 days from the shipping date.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging so they can be restocked.

All approved returns for a refund are subject to a $7.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee helps cover inspection, cleaning, and restocking to maintain high quality and hygiene standards. Exchanges are free and do not incur a restocking fee.

Tips for Trying your Adaptive Shoes: We encourage you to test the fit and function of your shoes. Try them indoors on a clean surface while wearing clean socks.

Avoid outdoor surfaces, which may cause scuffs or light scratches. Do not wear them barefoot, as odors will violate our hygiene standards. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Most shoes meet the criteria for a refund, but if they don’t, we will provide photos and an explanation.
